1 tbsp brown sugar, chili powder and coarse salt
1/2 tsp ground sage and ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (opt)
Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks. Great with ribs, brisket, and chicken.
