2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 lb confectioners sugar
3 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup chopped nuts
Put cream cheese at room temperature in a bowl. Add 1/2 pound confectioners sugar at a time and stir, add chocolate into the mixture. Add the rest of the sugar, stir in vanilla and nuts. Butter pan, pour fudge and spread evenly. Chill for 2 hours. Cut and serve.
