1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
4 oz Feta or blue cheese; crumbled
1/2 cup seeded diced cucumber
2 tbsp chopped red onion
1/2 tsp Dried oregano leaves; crushed

In medium bowl, thoroughly blend all ingredients; cover and chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip

Dipper Suggestions: Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, pita bread triangles and pitted ripe olives.
