1 tbsp minced onions
¼ cup lemon juice
1 ½ tsp mustard
1 tsp salt, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup water
6 chicken leg quarters
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onions; cook and stir about 5minutes or until tender. Stir in next 7 ingredients. Slowly add water, stir until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Brush chicken with sauce. Place on the prepared grill, skin sides up, about 8” from heat. Grill, turning and basting with sauce every 15 minutes, for 6-070 minutes or until fork-tender.
