1 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup peanuts butter, creamy or crunchy
½ cup evaporated milk
Optional coatings:
Cocoa powder
Chopped nuts
Confectioners'’ sugar
Flaked coconut
Melted dipping chocolate
Melt chocolate chips until smooth and creamy. Add peanut butter and stir to blend. Add milk and blend well. Chill mixture 1 hour in the refrigerator. Using a tbsp, scoop mixture and form into balls. Roll in desired coatings. Refrigerate until serving.
