1/2 cup fresh oregano
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 quart red wine vinegar
Dash of kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper

Add the herbs, garlic, salt and pepper to a wine bottle.
Cork the bottle and store for a minimum of one month before using.

This vinegar becomes better with age.

Use drizzled over salads.
