2 tbsp flour
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp paprika, pepper and dried rosemary
1/8 tsp salt
2 large chicken breast halves
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup water and dry white wine

Sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp flour
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup yogurt or sour cream
1 tbsp finely chopped scallions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour with seasonings in a paper bag. Add chicken and shake well to coat. Heat oil in a skillet and brown chicken on both sides. Remove to a casserole dish. Add liquids to chicken and bake, covered, for 20 minutes; then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until tender. Serve with sauce.

Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour. Season with salt and add broth. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and starts to boil. Pour yogurt in a small bowl; stir in 2 tbsp thickened sauce and blend well. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in yogurt slowly and blend. Serve over chicken. Serves 2-4
