⅓ cup plus ¼ cup heavy whipping cream, divided
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 (3.4-ounce) box banana cream instant pudding mix
1 cup whole milk
Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnish: chopped chocolate, banana slices
(1) Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil, letting excess extend over sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray.
