1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar


Brown ground beef in skillet, drain fat. Combine all ingredients in crockpot; stirring well. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve over warm hamburger buns.

I've tried many recipes, this is the best. I once 'dec-tupled' (10x) this recipe to sell sandwiches at a craft fair at my church. People were waiting in line to buy leftovers. Freezes well, goes up
