1 (8 oz) can crab, fresh, canned or frozen
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
3tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cream-style horseradish
1/4 tsp celery salt
Dash hot pepper
Pieces of French bread or veggies

Flake crab; reserve a few pieces for garnish. Blend together cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, celery salt, liquid hot pepper sauce and any crab liquid. Stir in crab. Spoon into microwave 2 cup casserole. Microwave 4-6 minutes stirring every 1 1/2 minutes. Garnish with reserved crab and additional green onion. Serve with the french bread and/or vegetables. NOTE: Conventional oven: Bake at 325 for about 15 minutes.
