Lemon Supreme Pie
The combination of the cream cheese and tart lemon is wonderful. When adding the remaining cream cheese layer, I barely fold in some lemon curd to the mixture so it leaves streaks of yellow in the whipped cream and just that little bit of tang that can be missing.
