Crust:
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
Filling:
1 cup sugar
4 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 eggs
Topping:
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Blend filling until smooth and pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Pour topping over cheesecake. Bake for additional 10 minutes. 10" springform pan works well.
