6 large pieces frying chicken
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Kahlua and red wine vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Preheat oven to 375. Arrange chicken pieces barely touching in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil; simmer 2-3 minutes. Spoon half the mixture over the chicken. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, spoon on remaining sauce, continue baking, uncovered, until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Serves 4-6
