1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp cornstarch
1 cup milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract

Place cocoa, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; stir well. Slowly stir in milk and evaporated milk. Place over medium heat; cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; add peanut butter. Cook until peanut butter has melted into chocolate mixture. Transfer to a crock pot or chafing dish to keep warm. Serve with chunks of angel food cake or any kind of fruit.
