1 cup old-fashioned or quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut, white chocolate chips and pecan pieces
1 pkg cinnamon swirl quick bread mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup water
2 egg yolks
Heat oven to 375. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
In a food processor bowl with a metal blade, combine first 5 ingredients and process 10 seconds or until coarsely ground. Set cinnamon swirl pkg from bread mix aside.
In a large bowl, combine the bread mix and the oat mixture. Stir in the butter, water and egg yolks; mix well. Spread half of batter in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon swirl form pkg. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over cinnamon; carefully spread. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool 2 hour or until completely cool before cutting into bars.
