10 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 green bell pepper cut into small strips
1/4 cup red bell pepper cut into small strips
3/4 cup chopped red or white onion
2 green onions, chopped with tops
1 carrot shredded
1 cup toasted sliced almonds
2 (3 oz) pkg ramen noodles, broken into pieces (save seasoning packets for dressing)

In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix dressing ingredients first; set aside allowing sugar to dissolve well. Mix all of above together in a large bowl and then toss with dressing. Serve or chill for a couple of hours. Toss well before serving.

Dressing:

1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup sugar
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
2 seasoning packets from ramen noodles
