3 tbsp butter
1 lb fillet or top sirloin, cut into strips
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and dry sherry
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp chopped chives
1 tbsp parsley

8 warm crepes

Melt butter in skillet; add meat and brown quickly. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Fill crepes with meat and pan juices. Serves immediately. Serves 4
