1/2-3/4 cup black tea leaves or 9-12 tea bags
4 cups cold water (1 quart)
3 tbsp sugar
1 (6 inch) sprig fresh mint
2 cups fresh orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 peeled and seeded orange, cut thin
Orange slices, mint leaves, garnish

In a glass jar, combine first 4 ingredients. Screw on cap and shake gently. Place jar in a warm, sunny location for 3 hours. Blend juices into tea mixture. Add orange pieces and refrigerate for several hours. Garnish. Serves 6-8

Variations: Raspberry Fizz: Follow recipe and place 1-2 tbsp raspberry syrup in a 10 oz glass. Fill glass 1/3-1/2 full of chilled tea, and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a wooden skewer threaded with the tip of a mint sprig and fresh raspberries.
