1 pint fresh strawberries
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Grated peel of 1 lemon
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3-1/2 cup sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Reserve 3-4 berries for garnish. Hull, slice and puree remaining berries in a blender to yield 1 cup. In blender, combine puree and remaining ingredients except garnishes; blend until smooth. Garnish with strawberry. Makes 4 cups
