2 small boxes cherry gelatin
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups hot water
1 (1 oz) bottle almond extract
2 (46 oz) cans pineapple juice
1 (8 oz) bottle lemon juice
2 quarts ginger ale
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water. Mix all ingredients except ginger ale. Chill. Just before serving, add chilled ginger ale. Serves 30. Note: to change color of punch, change gelatin flavor.
