1/2 cup peanut butter-filled sandwich cookies or cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
5 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Hot fudge sauce

Combine cookie crumbs and butter; firmly press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Ad peanut butter, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until blended. Stir in vanilla extract and pour onto crust.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes; turn off the oven, and partially open oven door. Leave cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cook on a wire rack. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Cut into squares and serve with sauce.
