1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 small pkg instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup poi
1 (16 oz) can fruit cocktail, do not drain
1 cup coconut

Topping
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Butter glaze
1/2 cup butter, sugar and evaporated milk
1 1/3 cups coconut

Mix together cake mix ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan. Mix together topping and sprinkle over cake mixture. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not under bake, cool in pan for 15 minutes.

Combine glaze ingredients except coconut in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Stir in coconut. Spoon hot glaze over warm cake. Serve warm or cold.
