1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 (1 inch thick) round steaks
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 carrots, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
Hot rice

Combine first 3 ingredients and dredge steaks in flour mixture. Place in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients except rice and pour over beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours. Remove and discard bay leaf. Serve over rice. Serves 4
