1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
4 large garlic cloves
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
3 lbs chicken parts
Blend all ingredients except chicken in food processor. Arrange chicken in a resealable bag and pour marinade evenly over chicken. Seal and lay flat in refrigerator up to 48 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade and reserve marinade for basting. Grill over a slow fire 1 hour or until juices run clear, turning often and basting frequently with marinade. Serves 8
