2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 medium clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 cup heavy cream

In a skillet, cook chicken in butter. Remove to heated platter. Keep warm. To drippings, add next 3 ingredients. Cooking, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring until sauce is slightly thickened. Add chicken, turning to coat in sauce. Serves over rice. Servs 4
