4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Orange Dijon Glaze
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2-4 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp snipped fresh basil and mint
1/2 tsp snipped fresh rosemary

Garnish
Coarsely ground pepper
Shredded orange peel
Herb sprigs

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in a resealable bag. Combine next 4 ingredients and pour over chicken. Turn to coat and marinate in refrigerator 4-8 hours, turning bag occasionally.

Prepare Orange Glaze by combining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.

Drain chicken and discard marinade. Chicken can be broiled or grilled 4-6 inch from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning over during half of grilling time. Meanwhile, heat the glaze in a saucepan until the mixture is warmed through. After transferring chicken to serving plates and cut into slices, spoon glaze on top and garnish. Serves 4
