1 (3 oz) box strawberry jello
1 cup hot water
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen strawberries; partially thawed
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 (3 oz) box strawberry or vanilla instant pudding
8 cups cubed angel food cake
1 cup whipped topping
Dissolve jello in water; add 1 pkg strawberries and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Prepare pudding and fold into the jello. Gently fold in the cake and spread in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Chill until set. Cut into squares. Garnish with whipped topping and the remaining pkg strawberries.
