1 refrigerated pie crust
2 cups shredded Velveeta cheese,
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp pepper

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled on crust pie, using a 9 inch pie plate.

In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
