1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 cups (1 jar) Alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt, pepper and oregano
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed spinach and squeezed dry
2 tbsp hot sauce

Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add Alfredo sauce and mix until smooth and well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until blended. Put in baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
