1 (16 oz) carton sour cream
1 envelope ranch party dip mix
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 (2 oz) jar diced pimentos, rinsed and drained
1 large round loaf bread
Assorted vegetables for dipping
1 baguette, sliced and cubed

Combine first 2 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in the spinach and artichokes. Cut of top of bread and hollow out center, leaving a 1 inch shell. Reserve bread pieces for dipping. Spoon dip into bread shell. Serve warm or cold.

To serve warm, bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Cover loaf with boil if browning too quickly. Serve with bread cubes and/or fresh vegetables.
