1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp salt
In a medium bowl, combine all the ; mix well. Cover and marinate the meat in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight, then cook as desired. Unused marinades (haven't come in contact with any raw meat or meat juices) should last for several weeks in your refrigerator. Discard leftover used marinades. About 1 cup
