6 medium potatoes
1 stick butter
French salad dressing
Garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400. Peel potatoes and slice in half length-wise. Melt butter in a skillet and add potatoes, brushing them with the melted butter. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Test for doneness, they should be slightly brown. Turn over and brush with dressing and sprinkle with dressing. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered or until brown and crispy on outside.
