1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup seafood cocktail sauce
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 lb shrimp, cooked and finely chopped
3 green onions, chopped
Assorted fresh vegetables
Beat first 4 ingredients in a small mixer bowl until creamy. Stir in shrimp and green onions. Transfer to serving dish. Cover, refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with vegetables or potato chips.
