1 (2 layer) white cake mix
4 tbsp creme de menthe, divided
1 jar hot fudge topping
1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
green food coloring
Make the cake in a 13x9 inch pan according to the directions on the box. But add 2 tbsp creme de menthe and green food coloring. Cool cake. Heat the hot fudge topping enough to pour. Pour it over the cake. Mix 2 tbsp creme de menthe and green food coloring into the Cool Whip. Spread on cake. Serves 12. I add the food coloring until I like the shade of green.
