1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 can chili with beans
1 (2.5 oz) can chopped black olives, drained
1 bunch green onion tops, chopped
1 (8 oz) pkg Colby and Monterey Jack shredded cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Spread bottom of deep pie dish with cream cheese. Add rest of the items in layers with the cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, until bubbly. Serve with chips.
