4 lbs red potatoes, washed and cut into 2 inch cubes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp butter, softened
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp dried basil
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp dried dill

Place potatoes in Dutch oven. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes until tender - and drain. Place potatoes in large bowl. Add sour cream and remaining ingredients. Mash with potato masher to desired consistency.
