Baja Sauce

- 1 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 12 ounces mayonnaise
- 12 ounces sour cream
- 3 avocados, pits and skin removed
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Combine the cilantro and jalapeno in a food processor. Process until coarsely chopped. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, avocados, and lime juice. Process until desired consistency. Use the sauce immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Sauce will keep for up to 2 days. Use on fish tacos or with other fish or seafood. Also makes a good dressing or salads or as a dip.
