  • 2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (8 ounce size) whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 package (8 ounce size) sour cream

Combine the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Use as a substitute for mascarpone. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 1 week.
