Graham-Streusel Coffee Cake

- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 package (18.25 ounce size) yellow or white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 3 eggs
***Icing***
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- enough water till of drizzling consistency
For streusel, in a medium mixing bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans or walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted margarine or butter. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, water, cooking oil, and eggs. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer just till moistened. Pour half of the batter into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with half of the streusel mixture. Carefully spread remaining batter over streusel; sprinkle with remaining streusel. Bake in 350 degrees F. oven for 35 to 40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool slightly; drizzle with Powered Sugar Icing. Serve warm. For Powdered Sugar Icing: In a small mixing bowl stir together ingredients.
