Ready in: 1-2 hrs
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1/2 package onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 1/2 cup crushed saltines
***SAUCE***
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Meatloaf: Mix all ingredients well with fork. Knead with hands. Form into large ball and pack firmly. Shape into loaf, put in oven-proof skillet or 9 x 12 pan. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes until brown on top. SAUCE: Mix. Chill and serve with meat loaf.
