Potato Side-dish. Should come out crispy and well seasoned.

Directions:

Cut your potatoes into even pieces or chunks of about 1.5 to 2 inches square. Depending on your the size of your potatoes, you might quarter or half them to get the desired size.

In a bowl (or disposable plastic bag) add your Olive Oil, Potato Chunks, Rosemary, Minced Garlic, Salt & Pepper. (You could use a Roasted Garlic Seasoning Mix & Rosemary, if you want to be lazy about it)

Whisk or shake all these ingredients until the potatoes are thoroughly and evenly coated in the oil and spices.

Pour entire contents of your bowl or bag into a baking dish and place in a pre-headed oven at 425 F for 30-40 minutes, until they are as browned as you like.
