1 Lb. Beef Strips
1 T Oil
1 t Garlic, Minced
1 Cup Green Pepper Strips
1/2 Cup Minced Onion
1 T Beef Base (I recommend Better Than Bouillion Roasted Beef Base)
1 T LOW Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 t Dried Red Pepper Flakes
Saute Beef in Oil.
Remove from pan and put aside.
Saute Green Pepper and Onion for one minute in same pan.
Put Beef back in the pan and add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Add water as needed to make a thick sauce and simmer 5-8 minutes
Serve on Jasmine Rice
