This recipe makes ONE mug!
1 ounce Sugar Syrup
1 ounce Jamesons Irish Whisky (I prefer Jamesons Cold Brew Whisky)
4 ounces Strong Hot Coffee
1 ounce Whipping Cream
Drop of Vanilla
Dash of Cinnamon
Dash of Nutmeg
Dash of White Sugar

Pi's Irish Coffee
I prefer to use a glass mug, but old mug will do.
Prepare Whipping Cream by SHAKING it in a ketchup or mustard bottle. Only shake until thicken enough so that it still can be extracted through the nozzle.
Prepare Whipping Cream by SHAKING it in a mustard or ketchup bottle. ( You can buy one at the Dollar Store or Grocery or you can reuse an old one.)
Combine Sugar Syrup and Whisky in the mug and stir.
Add Hot Coffee
Add Vanilla
Pipe Whipping Cream on top of Coffee. It will be just right it it sits lightly on top and does not sink into the Coffee.
Sprinkle Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Sugar on top of Whipping Cream
Serve Hot
