- 10 ounces peppered ham (or any other flavor)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/3 cup milk (more if needed)
- salt

Gravy: Add flour and starch to milk and shake in closed container until all lumps have dissolved. Slice meat into strips and begin warming in frying pan. Add Oil and increase heat to medium high. Gradually add in the milk mixture allowing it to thicken. Continue adding milk mixture until gone. The meat and flour should begin to thicken as it cooks.
