  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 egg whites, beaten

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking dish or skillet large enough to hold the chicken.

In a bowl, mix together the corn flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place the egg whites in a shallow bowl.

Coat the chicken with the egg white letting any excess drip off. Dredge the chicken in the corn flake mixture, patting the corn flakes so they stick to the chicken.

Place the coated chicken in the greased dish. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
