  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Place the potato wedges in the bottom of a crock pot. Add half of the salad dressing, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

Place the chicken breasts on top and add the rest of the salad dressing, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
