5 medium potatoes
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onions

Preheat oven to 325. Peel and dice potatoes into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Cool and pour into a plastic bag. Add potatoes, bread crumbs and onions. Shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Line a 14 x 10 inch pan with foil. Pour potatoes evenly into pan. Dot with remaining butter over potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes are soft. Serves 6-8
