4 portobello mushroom caps
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp chopped fresh marjoram OR oregano
1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1/2 C shredded cheese

Heat grill to med direct heat (indoor grill works well).
Brush inside mushroom caps with 1 Tbsp oil, and place cap side down on grill; brush tops with remaiing oil, cover, and grill 3 min.

Turn caps over and sprinkle with herbs; cover and grill 3-6 min.

Sprinkle with cheese and grill until melted.
