Chocolate Marshmallow Cream Cheese Fudge

- 1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 4 ounces baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Grease a 8-inch square baking dish. Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. With the mixer running, slowly add the sugar and beat until well blended. With the mixer running, add the chocolate, vanilla, and salt. Mix until it is uniform in color. Stir in the marshmallows and nuts by hand. Spread the fudge into the prepared baking dish and place in the refrigerator to chill completely. When chilled, cut into small squares. Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
