  • 24 eggs
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups chopped green onion
  • 2 pounds diced turkey ham
  • 1 can (10 ounce size) diced Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 ounce size) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 box (2 lb size) Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 10 slices tomatoes for garnish
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased (very large) casserole pan at 325 degrees F for one hour or until center is firmly set. You can make this the night before and place in a 250 degrees F oven 30 minutes before serving. Freezes well.
